| 柏力與確志協會是由一羣脊髓神經受損的病友自發地組成的自助組織，於1991年註冊為社團，並於1996年註冊成為非牟利慈善團體。本會約90%會員為輪椅使用者。 | Paraplegic & Quadriplegic Association is a self-help organization which was formed by a group of patients suffered from spinal cord injury. The Association registered as a society and a charitable agency in 1991 and 1996 respectively. 90% of the members are wheelchair users. | ||

| - 協助因疾病或意外導致脊髓神經受損之新舊病友，透過互相之間的經驗分享，從而發揮團結互助精神 - 建立病友自信 - 鼓勵病友重新投入社會及參與社會事務 - 讓社會人士進一步認識脊髓神經受損人士 - 傳達平等參與、助人自助及自尊自強的訊息 | - to facilitate mutual-help by members’ experience sharing - to build up members’ self-confidence - to encourage social integration and participation - to let the public recognize the needs of our members - to spread out the message of equal opportunity | ||
