| 「華光樂社」成立於1986年，直至1992年7月因會務增加及得到一羣熱心義務人士的支持下，正式成立華光得因堂有限公司，致力為失明人士推廣服務，並於1999年改名為華光協助失明人之友會有限公司，服務失明人士及長者。 | This is an association, providing services for the blind and blind elders. ”Wah Kwong’s Music Club” was established in 1986. Until July 1992, the services have better developed with the help and support from a group of enthusiastic volunteers, “Wah Kwong Tak Yan Tong Ltd” was set up. The association was renamed as Wah Kwong’s Association Helping The Blind People Limited in 1999. | ||

| - 照顧傷殘，服務社羣 - 發揚曲藝，鼓勵傷健一家 - 爭取失明人士在社會上得到公平待遇 - 為失明、失明老弱及失明獨居長者謀取福利，協助他們建立社區網絡 - 維護失明人士的個人專嚴，使他們積極投入社會生活，重建信心 | - to serve people with disability and the community - to promote the Cantonese opera and social integration - to advocate the equal opportunity in the society for the blind - to strive for betterment for the blind, blind elders and those living alone, and help them build up a community network - to protect the blind people’s individual rights, encourage them integrate into the society and build up confidence | ||
