| 關心您的心是本港首個以社區為本的心臟病患者的互助組織，於1995年由一羣心臟病患者成立並註冊成為慈善團體。關心您的心於1998年成立香港第一所心臟病患者互助及資源中心，提供心臟健康資訊給巿民居取閱、並為有需要的病患者提供情緒支援。 | Care For Your Heart is the first community-based cardiac patients mutual support association, established in 1995 as a registered charitable institution. In 1998, the first Cardiac Patients Mutual Support & Resource Centre was set up. The centre provides cardiac health education materials. It also provides psychological support to patients who are in distress because of the illness. | ||
